How long is the warranty?
One-Year Limited Warranty
Arriva will repair or replace this product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the product itself; it does not cover charges for any labor or installation of the product. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. This warranty does not cover any failure or damage due to use for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, or tampering. In no event will Arriva be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price.

How long will the charge last?
Continuous operating time : 5.2 hours, if just used for calls will last longer. The blue light will turn red when the battery is getting low.
If the Leo has not been used for a prolonged period, the battery life may be shortened. Recharging the battery at least once a month is recommended.
How long does it take to charge the Leo?
Charging time : 1.5 hours. Please see more under Info tab.
Is the Leo waterproof?
The Leo is water and sweat resistant, not waterproof, no swimming with this baby! Also bluetooth doesn't penetrate water!
What does the Leo work with?
The Leo works with any Bluetooth enabled device. Smartphones (like the iPhone), any tablet (like the iPad), any player with Bluetooth (like Touch), any TV's with Bluetooth,
cars equipped with Bluetooth, computers, the list is endless and more products are available every day!
Can you use the Leo with Skype?
Yes you can

Can you use the Leo with multiple devices?
The Leo can be paired with multiple devices, but can only be connected to one device at a time.
When I try to answer a call/pause music, it goes to voicemail or dials last call?
You are holding the power button too long on the Leo. To answer a call, or pause/stop music just a quick tap on the power button is needed.
The Leo is too big/too small. How do i resize it?

It's not working?!
Most problems can be solved by plugging Leo into it's charger or by turning your phone off and on. Rebooting!
If you cannot hear your music on your Leo it may be that the Leo is not paired correctly or the volume on your phone is turned down.
Phone locks up? 4G LTE phones/Verizon HTC Thunderbolt.
Some downloaded apps may cause problems with Bluetooth. If you are using an app with your Verizon HTC Thunderbolt called "LTE On/Off" to conserve battery life on your phone, it can cause problems
with the Leo. If you use Verizon's 4G network there should be no problem.
Some known apps to cause issues with Bluetooth.
Some downloaded apps may cause problems with Bluetooth. Some apps we know that cause some issues are LTE on/off, Headset Blocker. Also check for "in pocket detection' on your phone, should be off. If you know of any
others that may cause issues please email us.
Call only works in one earpiece?
We have made the call function mono this enables the volume to be increased by 25%. When we used a stereo call function, there could be an annoying echo for the caller. Due to
the proximity of the speaker and microphone, the speaker vibration could cause an echo.
Sound breaks up or crackling?
This is a Bluetooth issue, if you try placing your media source (like your Smartphone) in a back pocket, or different spot it should solve the problem.
Crackling may be caused by the Leo battery getting low, try recharging the Leo.
What is the Bluetooth range?
The range on our Bluetooth headphones is the same as any other Bluetooth headphones, 10 meters (30 feet). We use CSR chipsets which are the highest quality in the industry.
If you have sensitive ears.
If you find the silicone tips uncomfortable, take off the silicone tip earbud cover and replace with the foam covers provided. Or try wearing them upside down

Which eartip/covers to use?
The Leo comes with 4 different sized eartips/covers. 2 have flanges to hold the earpiece firmly in place. If you prefer in-ear type earbuds, try these

Caller hears an echo?
If an echo occurs during a call, turn the volume down one step on the Leo.
I want a refund!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Leo to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund. The Leo must be returned in it's original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Please mail your Leo to Arriva Inc, P O Box 2814, Telluride, CO 81435 with REFUND on the outside and Paypal order information inside. Once we receive this
we will issue a full refund through Paypal or Amazon.
