Some thoughts on fit and tips
Here is a rough guideline on sizing;
If your head measures, from ear canal to ear canal around the back of the head, 9.5" or less choose the small
9.5" - 11" choose the regular size

Hey ladies
If you're thinking of getting the regular white, try the small white iPod type instead:
1. They cling like a limpet
2. With the new earbud foam covers they're super comfy
3. You can hear external sounds
4. The sound quality is excellent
Not suitable for larger heads.
If you sweat alot, it can seep into the shuffle and shut it down.
To prevent that, place some tape over the gap between the shuffle clip and the backbone base. The entire length of the shuffle and on the side that rests against your head.
Black in-ear, come with 3 different sized earbud plugs.
